President of HoloTouch, Inc. speaks about “Holo-Deck for Military Commanders” at AUSA Mission Command Symposium
Stamford, Connecticut, June 21, 2013 – As an invited Tech Ten speaker, R. Douglas McPheters, President of HoloTouch, Inc., presented remarks to assembled milltary commanders about “Holo-Deck for Military Commanders” at today’s Mission Command Symposium sponsored by the Association of the United States Army’s Institute of Land Warfare, held in Kansas City, Missouri, on June 18-19, 2013.
While sharing his expertise with this large audience of US Army command personnel, both enlisted and commissioned, and foreign army officers involved regularly in mission command and emerging cyber warfare issues as related to mission command, McPheters explained features and functions of touchless control technologies, such as gesture recognition, voice recognition and touchless, holographic HoloTouch® HMI technology in command and combat situations.
